Well most of the time It takes 24 hrs or more before I can have an actual resolve on my problem. I just wish the customer service 24/7 they call can actually help my concern right away because most of the time this happened when Im trying to purchase something for my game that have Events that also have Time Duration so if I need to wait for another 24hrs I wont be able to actually get that event and most of the time I end up using Different platform such as Razer instead. So this is really upsetting on those days. Sometimes I just want to quite on using this platform. However since ive been a customer for a looooong time I just thought sometime to give it a chance. I just wish u can perform better. One last thing maybe you should inform you customer about the rules of topping up Like if ur gonna buy a store credits expect that you need to wait 24hr sometimes or more
