I subscribed as I was hooked on a storyline. Big mistake. Definitely wasn’t worth the money. I tried countless times emailing them, but my emails were ignored. They continued to take money, so I contacted my bank. My bank immediately stopped further payments and let me know each time they tried to access my account via my card. Then Mobo contacted me via email, not to confirm cancellation but to notify they hadn’t been able to access payment. I emailed again notifying them, that as they had ignored all my emails my bank had took action for me. Mobo have now confirmed they have cancelled my subscription 🤨
