A gem of a product with amazing customer service. Shopping online, I am used to being ripped off, sold inferior quality items and experiencing non existent customer service. Enter Cozy Island and what a breath of fresh air!! Amazing shoes (so comfy) and off the scale good customer service. A special mention to Tina who found a perfect solution for me when the beautiful shoes I ordered were just too high for me and I wanted to return them from Australia. I re-ordered a lower heel and the shoes are gorgeous. Stylish, comfy and practical too.
