I cannot seem to be able to cancel an order that seems to be on refill. I do not want that to continue and just needed it cancelled. I am going to have to involve the credit card company and dispute the charge at this time. Don't want anymore product. If you can make the change on your end then I will be happy. Right now I have nobody answering the phone on your end.
