Awful After Sales service
Awful After Sales service. Product stopped working on day 1. Worked with Creality to fix the issue and nothing Got parts sent and still nothing especially as the magnetic sheet did not come with the hotbed. Saying now I cannot have a replacement as part 30 days even though the issue was reported in June.
