Fake
I have taken Tirzepatide in the past with amazing results. My insurance stopped covering it so I turned to fifty410. I ordered two large bottles of Tirzepatide from them and I started gaining weight. The food noise came back, my desire for alcohol came back. I wasn't getting the small side effects like heart burn anymore. This stuff was fake. I spent over $700 for nothing. Im in the process of fighting this charge and proving this was fake.
