Item undelivered and it's my fault!!!
All was well until my parcel was supposedly delivered I contacted them to say it was not delivered to my address and that the proof of delivery picture was not my address, I was asked to provide proof it wasn't delivered!!! Do you want a picture of my door with no parcel at it or CCTV of nothing being delivered for the the last 24 hours!! I was then told it's my responsibility to open a dispute with the delivery company even though I had paid the extra for insurance to cover such issues. Customer service is non existent other than some AI basic responses. I'm sure the product is great if it actually arrives at your address but as I can't prove that I guess it's just another scam company trying their luck saying items have been delivered. **Response to the automated reply from crafthub** I have been talking to your support team which quite frankly have been worse than useless as the parcel has been " delivered" And they refuse to deal with the delivery company as supposedly this is my responsibility now. If you are going to leave a response please do the decent thing and actually make it relevant to my review and not an automated response although I don't know why I expect anything different based on the support I have received so far.
