Anantara the palm dubai- although things may go wrong the staff are always working extremely hard to make your stay amazing. I have to say it’s one of my favourite hotels to stay in dubai I have been 4 times now and they are amazing. Although things went wrong (pool outside our room not maintained well) the managers help to assist you was second to non. I had to jump on here and give this review because the staff work so very hard to maintain excellence
