At first I was a bit skeptical about this company because there were hardly any reviews but let me start off by saying I’m in the Bahamas. And even w the time difference I was always able to reach someone from Nihao if I wasn’t sure or uncertain about something. The only downside to this company is the WAIT & the back and forth when something is out of stock but regardless of that all id say is patience is a virtue and jewelry wise you won’t be disappointed. The purses are a lil iffy though.
