I now give up. I have always been happy with your products but the customer service regarding return of an item is appalling. You say you have contacted me but you haven't. You have my email address on my order. This is the only platform on which I can get any response but that hasn't been helpful. I now cant remember the exact date. Therefore I won't be purchasing from you again and leave others to make up their own minds as your returns policy and information is non existent.
I am still awaiting an email from Buykud who seem unable to send me a reply to my emails. This has been going on for some weeks now. I wish to return an item but cannot get onto my account and when I request a reset email, it fails to arrive. I have emailed the company separately and still do not get a reply and am now at a loss as to what to do next apart from handing my case over to my credit card company.
I want to return an expensive item. I have tried several times to contact you but I never get a reply.
