Order was damaged in shipment and never delivered. The customer service dept. is not one of the worst I have encountered, it is the worst I have ever encountered. At the end of 3 months of emails and phone calls, I received a $481 refund from a $591 order. Even though the shipment was damaged and returned to global without my ever seeing, I still get to pay for shipping. Avoid this company at all costs. Looking at the other reviews, "damaged shipment" seems to occur with amazing frequency, and magically the customers are all having issues getting their refunds. Astounding incompetence in customer service. Shady company.
