I ordered a titanium strength acqua rower x1 on 1st May. Received it this morning (18 May). This is pretty fair considering that the shipment was sent from Spain to France during covid-19 events. Just after my order, I was a little bit worried as the status was stuck on "in progress" on the website. So I sent an email on the generic address from the website. I received quickly an answer from Borja Reguillo assuring me that the shipment was about to leave the warehouse. Few days later I was wondering where the shipment was and Borja immediately provided me with the tracking information from the delivery company Dachser. As a customer, it is really pleasant to have someone who quickly answer to your questions as Borja did. The rower was shipped in 2 parcels and was very well packed. It is beutiful and seems really solid. Quite easy to install, the manual is very clear and understandable (but in English only). A lot of useful accessories are included, such as mouting tools, chlore water tablets for the tank, and even small bottle of paint in case of scratches repairing during the life of the product, well done ! This is really a great value for the money. So to conclude, I do recommend both this company and this rower.
