I purchased a bracelet(mother & daughter) on 7th May, my money was taken from my bank but am still waiting for for my item! OLIVIA contacted me through trust pilot to Email her which I did but hasn't had the decency to reply to me!!!! Disgusting customer service..no wonder they don't have a phone number as the phone would be red hot for complaints!!! Get your act together and email me back or I will go to my bank and ask them to deal with you to get me a refund. Never in my life have I been treat so appallingly by a company..I will never buy from your company again.. Don't bother E mailing Olivia or anyone else at belovejewel because they don't message you back... Linda Salkeld..
