Expensive shipping costs for slow handling
Offering highly expensive shipping for a fast delivery, but knowing that there is some problem at the moment, but they still offer and charge for that. And, secondly, they dispatch the packet not before many days left. This means they charge you much money for a fast delivery which does not happen. And no apologise no anything! They just blame anyone else. I call this cheating or fraud!
