Cancelled my taxis after I booked them 4 months in advance
I booked taxis well in advance back in February of my trip in June. First they cancelled my airport pick up taxi just over 24 hours before we were due to land. Then cancelled the second taxi 48 hours before hotel pick up. Had to reorganise taxis that ended up costing more than my earlier bookings. Why even take the booking in the 1st place. I'm sure they will reply and give an empty apology and cute unforseen circumstances but the bookings were made 4 months prior so they had plenty of warning.
