Horrible service
First off, if I am able to give a zero rating I would. I was at miniso in Oshawa center, my kids saw 3 smiley face stuffy priced at $3.99 and showed is was $14.99 when the employee scanned it. She advised that miniso does not do corrections or price adjustments. I was disappointed to know that they wouldn't honor the price, even though there was a sign that Cleary stated they were for $3.99. I work in media and this is unacceptable. Any other store that you go into whenever thei I visited the store on July 7th around 1:45 pm. Please see the cameras in the store for accuracy of the situation. I have my four kids with me and wanted to get 3 of them. I spoke with Marco who is the manager of the store and said he would only offer me one free plush. If all three of my children wanted one how is that fair. I don't think that Marco or the employees even tried to resolve this issue or even offer anything to ensure my satisfaction. I had emailed the complaint email who got back to me after 5 days- was no help and after my reply it's now been almost a month with no response.
