Misleading Product and Poor Quality I ordered what was advertised as a chunky knit Viking jersey, which appeared in the photos to be a thick, high-quality knitted garment. However, what I received was completely different — a cheap polyester hoodie with a printed-on knit pattern. The item bears no resemblance to the product pictured or described. The advertising showed a textured, handcrafted-style sweater, but the actual item is a flat, synthetic fabric with no real knitting at all. This kind of misleading presentation is unacceptable. When I contacted customer service, I received no meaningful assistance or acknowledgment of the issue. In short, this company’s marketing is deceptive, and the product quality is far below expectations. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid purchasing until the company corrects its advertising and improves product transparency.
