Ordered 13th Nov, no items received!
I ordered 6 kits , on the 13th November for Christmas. It's the 2nd of January now and still not recieved, I've asked for refund and just keep getting same message how my item will arrive , although I told them its no use now as hasn't arrived for Christmas they still just keep avoiding my request to issue a refund of over £100! I thought ordering on the 13th Nov was plenty of time for the items to arrive , I really regret using this company but was recommended them off a family member who has used them before with no problems and also they ordered kits the same time as me and theirs arrived way before Christmas so really cannot work out why theirs came and mine hasn't. I will never use them again and they've lost my family member also now as their trust In them has gone due to my issues .
