I ordered a Bowser costume from here for Halloween for my boyfriend. Delivery time said 7 to 10 business days, which is about how long it took. I did email customer service, they were wonderful. I sent an email to check in for when it would be delivered because I was nervous that this was a scam website...but he got back to me right away. Updated me on when it would be here and it arrived the exact day that he said it would! Super nice company. He even followed up with me to make sure I got it. I would definitely order from here again. Just keep in mind it's not Amazon, your package is not going to get here 4 hours after you order it. Oh! I forgot to mention how absolutely ADORABLE the outfit is. Very well made. My bf is very tall, I got him the 2xl and it fit it, thankfully. Hahah. But these things are awesome and I will definitely be buying more!
