Horrible company
This company is HORRIBLE! Their products are crummy and don’t work right. When you contact customer service they lie and don’t do anything to help.

Trash company and product
I have a lot of dogs and had high hopes for this vacuum. I was looking forward to having more free time but this vacuum is so terrible that I spend more time fixing it than I would vacuuming myself. It has broken things in my house because of its inadequate object recognition and is constantly getting stuck on large objects that it should be able to easily avoid. I contacted their customer service and they were absolutely no help at all and told me that this is normal for the vacuum to break things and get stuck all the time. I should have bought a roomba 🤦♂️
