The information about boarding card was zero at pickup in Georgetown, Billion star express. Ticket booked by BusOnlineTicket.com We arrived late with transferbus to busstation because pickup was delayed. We got busticket but not any boarding card, and we had to pay extra for it at busstation. The driver didn’t drive to Kl central as planed, as Booking on net and on the ticket. We had to go off at Huntian Duta instead. No explanition from driver. The company didn’t answer when I asked afterwards by Mail. The driver drove good the hole Journey. It was rain a long time and much trafic. Conclusion: bad information before the Journey. And no respons from administration why the timetabel changes .It is difficult as a tourist, you don’t know the Town or where the busstations is placed. You have planed the Journey by the timetabel.
