The customer service and shipping was absolutely brilliant and the product turned out to be exactly as shown. However, I am VERY upset to say that as soon as I opened both earrings bars to put them on they literally just bent so easily and couldn't shape them back to normal, it was a struggle to take them off and lastly they did even infect my ear lobes causing redness and pain despite sanitising them. Cheap material. Such a shame I cant wear them not only because of how much I paid for them but because they also look very good.
