Impossible to contact
Have been trying to contact them re servicing my DS9 for over 2 weeks.I thought they must of closed down. Have left message after message not one response. Tried a different tack and called the sales dept and again not picking up or responding to messages.So the moral of the story is if you want to purchase or service a DS9 do not bother to call Tates.
