Excellent customer service
They were out of the items I wanted. They got back to me immediately & offered to allow me to pick other items or wait for the ones I wanted. I waited & they shipped everything I had ordered.
The products are fantastic
The products are fantastic. I've been purchasing from them for over 2 years. Over that time, I've only had 1 small issue which was immediately rectified. The products are great, and they keep me in informed of the status of my orders, which by the way, are always delivered much faster than expected.
