The problem was that their engineer placed the product number over the top of my logo on the board. A simple mistake that ruins the aesthetic and professional look of the PCB. After they stated the engineer didn't check their work the reps solution was for me to take a razor blade to the PCB and scrape it off. No thanks, I will take my production elsewhere. DHL delivery was pretty impressive on my two orders. Update: 05/27/2020- PCBWay customer service did reach out to me and agreed the issue should be rectified. They gave me a full refund as in-house credit and said they would address the issue head-on. I find their ability to admit to a mistake and offering to fix very nice. I will continue to use them and would recommend others to do the same as the PCBs I have received are good quality and super fast turnaround time.
