I made an order about a week ago
I made an order about a week ago, and still am I waiting for any confirmation that the order got shipped. I only got a confirmation on the order, but that's it. Beginning to think this is a scam. Update 28-12-25: After finally I got in contact with support they were really helpful and even refunded a small bit on the order, and actually got the shipping fixed and able to get it delivered before Christmas. So, I can confirm, they are not a scam, but actually trying to help get the order out to you.
