UOB is the worst bank in the world!
UOB is the worst bank in the world! Here is the issue. I opened an account at UOB in 2015, which was used for asking a banker's guarantee from them. In 2019, my old passport (which is the ID that I am applying for my first account) got expired, and I got a new one with different passport number. Now I am applying a second banker's guarantee, with the deadline June 28, 2020, I understand that I need to update my passport information, but they told me that the only way to do it is to bring my old&new passport to their branch and do it face to face. I am now in U.S.A., and all the oversea flights are turned down. So update my passport information physically in UOB branch face to face, seriously?? UOB is worst, they treat money much more important than human being's life. I just cannot believe that they require me to update my passport information physically in their branch face to face. They are devils!
