Worst claim company. They purposely took longer time to process to make you incurred credit card interest. The prolonged wait time has caused significant inconvenience and concern. This experience has been incredibly stressful. Even with doc memo upon their request, won expedite too. But I got a great agent who tried her best to assist. Appreciate her help alot. But what's the point of buying Prudential insurance which makes you incurred extra charges? Big brands like AIA or Great Eastern dont even let their customers go thru this kind of stress ordeal. And Prudential is known to be higher price tag. For??? Avoid Prudential if you wan to avoid stressful ordeal.
