I orderd several times, the quality was always good, but last time, the ordered shirt was damaged with several cuts. I tried to complain, but I only received answers because of delayed deliveries. How can I send it back or get a voucher for a next purchase? I am so sorry, because I really like the style and as I am not so tall, it fits me well.
