BANGBAD!!!
BANGBAD!!! I ordered and paid for an electric bike costing over £1200 and it never arrived, It has taken 7 months to get a refund and I had to get my bank to get it for me as I kept getting excuses. Ordered Sept 4th 2022. Refund April 3rd 2023. 7 months. They said my bike was in my local UPS depot, I had been to it every week for 2 months as they kept telling me that's where it was, UPS used their global tracking system and told me they hadn't even picked it as it hadn't been released from the warehouse, there was a UPS tracking number but it didn't relate to any package on their system as the label hadn't been allocated to a package yet! Customer Service are a joke and the automated chat was useless too, they kept saying (give us 24 to 48hrs you will receive an email from the" concerned team") I got hundreds of emails..... your bike is at UPS!!!!!!!! No it's not. I didn't want to write a review until the money was back in my account. I wouldn't but anything from them. Horrendous company.
