I got my first photobook from them for free using their code WELCOME. When it arrived the content of my photobook is mirrored. At first I was really hesistant to complain because hey, I got it for free! But still, their photobook is really great except to the fact that it was mirrored, so I tried to inform them about my issue and I told myself that if they didn't respond I would not order again and won't recommend it to my friends. So I wasn't expecting anything, but after 2 days they responded and they said that they will replace it! And after 2 weeks the replacement arrived! Also, they're the one who payed the courier.
