Alibaba's dispute resolution is a joke.
I was sold fraudulent products and then when I tried to get a refund. Alibaba demanded that I pay them $1000 to get them tested by Alibaba. The testing would cost more than the money I lost by buying the products, even though the seller admitted they were fake. UPDATE: Alibaba paid to refund half, but I am still left with counterfeit oils and the seller is still permitted to sell on Alibaba
