Pathetic customer service
UPDATE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I JUST GOT INTO MY GAME AND IMMEDIATELY GOT A MESSAGE ON MY PHONE WITH AN ASIAN WAVING CAT FROM SSEGOLD THEN I GOT SUSPENDED FROM MY GAME. Placed an order for dice and was told 2 hours. It's now been almost 48 hours and nothing. I emailed customer service and no response. Tried to cancel the order but because it says "delivering" they won't cancel it. Guess I'm out $45. The other service is got from them was completed in about 30 minutes. I even tried using chat, but it's a very limited bot obviously because you only get answers to 4 service questions that it has. Very disappointed.
