Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. They suspected a fraudulent charge and locked my account but that also meant I couldn’t access any of my funds. So my mortgage payment is getting declined and Novo is holding my money. No one can give me a timeline of a timeline. I can’t even transfer the money out.
