Disappointing Service and Unresponsive Support – Not Worth the Investment
I subscribed to Humbot.ai for a full year after initial tests seemed promising. Unfortunately, just two weeks into using it, the tool started having serious issues. It became incredibly slow, taking ages to complete any process. This is far from the quality I expected, and I don’t feel like I’m getting what I paid for :( Adding to the frustration, their support team is completely unresponsive. I’ve sent multiple emails to their listed support address (hello [at] humbot.ai) over the past two weeks with no response. It feels like they’re just ignoring their customers. I would advise anyone considering Humbot.ai to look elsewhere. Without reliable support, you’re left with a tool that doesn’t deliver on its promises!
