This is rather poor service
This is rather poor service , you have sent me an email ONCE and after that i have been trying to follow up by emailing and no one has responded..Yet i have not gotten my item or my money back. This is basically stealing if no one has fixed this issue. Can someone respond to me and let me know whats the update on my package or am i getting a refund? #YY4331
