The customer service reply is standard. Twice ask for feedback on collection date, got the same reply. "Wait for us to SMS". Goods ordered is otw to Tuas warehouse. 3days stil not arrive yet from kaki Bukit. Horrible service. Last to time using this platform. Disappointed.
