I ordered a pair of 7/8 trousers
I ordered a pair of 7/8 trousers. They fit at the waist but are too tight on the legs. I emailed them to request details on the returns process and have been given the run around. They emailed me to say just keep them and order a different size to which I replied no I want to return for a refund. I have emailed them 4 times now and they just keep sending the same email back offering a different size. My next step is to open a grievance through PayPal
