Huge disappointment and waste of money
No communication for ages after the confirmation email went out then after emails to chase finally got it had shipped but was impossible to track the shipment. After another email to chase again was told to be patient and wait a few more days. Finally got an email from Yodel this morning to say it's on its way . It was delivered but the two bracelets I ordered are a huge disappointment both birthday presents for my friend and daughter with our birth stones. What a joke the two stones were mixed up and one bracelet badly tangled and the other broken. A complete waste of money please do not use this company or waste your time even looking at it.
