I placed an order yesterday I bought the wowgo 2s the primary package then I messaged them through the website they were replying fast before I even paid and bought anything, I asked them I wanted to pay the difference and get the replacement motor tire they said yes I paid and this morning I am messaging them through their website to ask if the upgrade was made on my board now no reply at all no answer through their email or website messages they just want you to buy I hope they didnt try and steal my money someone please help me what the ****I am upset that they keep ignoring me****UPDATE IM SORRY WOWGO HELEN YOU'RE THE BEST PEOPLE WOWGO SO FAR HANDS DOWN IS THE BEST THEY HAVE AN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM I THOUGHT THEY WERE IGNORING ME I WAS WRONG PEOPLE THEY "ARE IN CHINA AND THEIRE DAILY TIME IS DIFFERENT THEN OURS SO PLEASE DISREGARD THE MESSAGES I WROTE I WAS WRONG WOWGO IS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND THEY ANSWER EVERY QUESTION YOU HAVE THANK YOU HELEN AND WOWGO STAFF ONCE AGAIN IM SORRY FOR THE PRIOR MESSAGES ITS JUST THAT YOUR TIME IS DIFFERENT PEOPLE SHOP WITH WOWGO HELEN WILL BE THERE TO ANSWER EVERY SINGLE QUESTION YOU HAVE.
