Appalling service
I purchased tickets through redBus and the experience was extremely poor. The voucher was meant to be delivered within 15–30 minutes, but after waiting four hours (which disrupted our plans), I had to call them. They promised to sort it out and call me back, but never did. I had to ring again and insist they stay on the line until the tickets were finally emailed. The customer service was appalling, the in-app support was unusable, and we had to try multiple phone numbers before finally reaching someone. Buyer beware!
