Misleading advertising and refund policy
Ordered a treadmill and found out after that they won’t refund if opened, that their motors aren’t actually brushless, and that the model I bought doesn’t actually have the incline indicated on the product page. No 24/7 chat as indicated on their site, so I emailed. Not only did they say “you can see the sticker that says ‘brushless’ and that verifies it” but they admitted what I ordered does not have the advertised incline. Offered me a discount not to cancel. To cancel before shipping, they charge a 5% fee. I will upgrade this rating if I am refunded in full, because customer service did respond quickly.
