I have been using p90+ for 2 months and have noticed a drop in my blood pressure. Even with meds it was averaging 140/90. I'm now in the 120's over 80. Still taking meds but I'm hoping to be off of them within a year. I also have the Shaker and have noticed my pants feeling looser. Great products. Will buy from then again.
