Fantastic service and a quality product. I have been using doTERRA oils for almost 5 years and have found them life-changing in so many ways (with blood tests to back this up). The customer service experience has always been great (I’m in the UK) and am surprised by these negative reviews, it has been the complete opposite experience for me. If you want to buy from a company that truly cares about the world and is motivated by supporting farmers, putting money into clinical trials and supplying great quality oils then please find yourself a wellness advocate that truly shares these same values. For the reviews that talk about safety, doTERRA offers a free online essential oil safety course so you can learn how to use the oils safely.
