AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT TRUST THEM
Update 28/07/25 - Still no refund issued If you have an issue, this company will do everything they can to avoid a refund. As a company trading online in the UK they are obligated to accept returns if requested within 14 days. Boy do that try and delay things! I finally got them to initiate their frankly ridiculously over complicated returns process (had to send them photos of every stage of the process, bloody mental) only to be completely ignored shortly after they confirmed receipt of their product. Basically they have stolen £100 from me. All email attempts to communicate now bounce so I'm clearly blocked. Great doing business with you MifoAudio. Very classy!
