This company is a joke.
Their customer service is so bad it's a joke. Over 2 weeks of waiting for a replacement for my second controller hub in 1 year after 1 failed after the other. No answers whatsoever from their customer support, and incredibly frustrating products that never work. I wish I could go back and ask my partner not to get this as a Christmas gift. Huge waste of money. Stay way.
