PDF Element for Mac not functioning
I downloaded the PDFelement for Mac (IS) App for MacOS and had a number of issues from the start. Parts of the software did not function at all and although support responded, they were unable to rectify issues, even after the software engineers accessed my computer. They did provide a full refund for the full cost of the software but I'm disappointed that they were unable to provide a functioning version of the PDF editing software which resulted in a lot of lost time for me.
