Ordered dog toy over a month ago and still waiting for delivery. Customer service is appalling. Feel like I'm in a perpetual loop. I ask when to expect delivery, they send me the same tracking info time after time. Apparently it's been in London for over a week. I've asked how I obtain a refund, they send me tracking info! Please don't order from this company.
