Last week, I could no longer use my YouTube converter without knowing why. Was it the upgrade of my iMac, or was it the upgrade of the Softorino YouTube Converter, or could it be another reason? I will never know. I then sought the help of the Softorino team, and after some back-and-forth emails with the team, I was able to use my converter again.
