Really slow customer service
Really slow customer service. No responses from sellers when you have an issue. Item I bought was unsafe for use for the intended purpose. Seems impossible to get a refund by the appropriate channels. UPDATE: Its really wonderful that banggood are monitoring their customer reviews. I only wish they could put the same effort into refunding me for an unsafe electrical item. They have taken nearly a week to offer me a refund of less than 15% of what I actually spent with them. Ridiculous. It's unsafe to use so they should be refunding me the whole amount.
